With an installed base of over 100,000 CPK units TMD Security is recognized as the global leader in anti-skimming solutions. In this role we bear a strong responsibility and commitment to our customers. Upcoming new threats are leading to the continuation and refinement of our solutions by our Research & Development department. Next generation skimming techniques have been analysed and new solutions have been developed, in the form of the new CPK+ 6001 products.
TMD Security partners with law enforcement, financial institutions, and ATM manufacturers. These partnerships provide information from field experiences, pictures, and detailed information on skimming attempts, and new developments by criminals.
Analysis is performed on existing products, and newly gathered information, in order to continuously refine products with renewed knowledge and perspective. The goal is to provide the same high-level of security in the future, as we do at the present time, even when criminals are practising new skimming techniques.
The effect of the watertight solutions offered by TMD Security is that third parties all over the world attempt to reproduce similar techniques manufactured or supplied by TMD Security. These tend to be inferior products than those supplied by TMD Security.
In general, products that are simply reproduced will be outdated because the knowledge and philosophy behind the product development is not present at third parties that reproduce a product. Most of the reproduced anti-skimming products sold by third parties around the world are based on first generation technology to protect against digital skimming do not have the improved electromagnetic field, and new features of the latest generation of the genuine TMD Security products.
Subject matter expertise and application of advanced new techniques are required in order to raise the bar to a new protection level.
